Better Business Bureau of Central New England is pleased to announce the appointment of Nancy B. Cahalen as the new President and CEO. Cahalen's career spans over 25 years of sales, marketing, business development and general management experience, primarily in Central Massachusetts.
"After an extensive search and vetting many qualified candidates, we have found the right person to lead our BBB and serve the community for years to come," said BBB Chairman Steven Rothschild. "With Ms. Cahalen as our BBB President, it is exciting to look forward and plan what we will do in the future for our business membership as well as the consumers of Central and Western Mass."
