The "Request a Quote" system allows customers to request a quote or information from all BBB Accredited businesses in a particular type of business directly through a form on the BBB website.
When a customer selects your type of business and completes the form, you will receive an email with the subject line "Customer Lead from the Better Business Bureau" sent to the email address we have on file for your business. This email will contain the information provided by the customer, including how to contact him or her with the requested quote or information.
